REFUND IN OUR PLATFORM IS COMPLETED IN 2 STEPS:

Step 1. The money will be returned to your website balance. This money can then be used to pay for another order: if you choose any payment method, the system will first debit your balance. You can read more about this here: https://support.funpay.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015585313

Step 2. On your request, the money can be returned to the account from which you made the payment. In this case, the refund will be issued within 5 banking days.

YOU CAN REQUEST REFUND FROM YOUR FUNPAY BALANCE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

• Your order was canceled.
• If you have changed your mind about buying a good or service and the provider has not yet handed over the goods or started the service.
• If a dispute has been opened on an order and a refund or partial refund has been decided by the arbitration service.
