YOU CAN REQUEST REFUND IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
• Your order was canceled.
• If you have changed your mind about buying a good or service and Funpay has not yet handed over the goods or started the service.
• If a dispute has been opened on an order and a refund or partial refund has been decided.
On your request, the money can be returned to the account from which you made the payment. In this case, the refund will be issued within 5 banking days.
