он недоволен тем что сам же с нихуя закинул глобал акк на снг регион, теперь недоволен тем что у них какой то сбой, и судя по всему на этой почве не подтверждает

(норм обращение в поддержку ?)здравствуйте, что делатиь если покупатель купил аккаунт и не уведомив меня перенес его на другой регион, где есть определенные инструкции, соответственно произошла проблема в системе и аккаунт не могут определить ни на начальный регион ни на конечный, вернут ли мне деньги за этот аккаунт если покупатель откажется подтверждать его, тк он имеет все данные и способен сам написать в поддержку игры и попросить помощи у них, но при этом все данные на почте имеются от покупок до наличия на нем престижной техники, а также присудствует доступ именно в их сайт где можно повторно отследить все покупки уровень аккаунта и тд, в крайнем случае можно внизу три самой игры отследить по нику мой аккаунт и полностью посмотреть его на наличие предметов которые были в описаниии . Просто я не понимаю почему человек даже не удосужился зайти на аккаунт перед переводом его на другой регион и просто начал менять непонятно что, по этому хотелось бы решить быстрее эту ситуацию , тк человек сам в состоянии написать в тех поддержку игры и написать что он считает нужным
