Если же там особо нечего терять, то проще создать аккаунт на новом регионе и не парить мозг с переездами. Но если надумаешь менять регион то лучше и не логиниться в аккаунт, а сразу передать его тому у кого будешь менять регион
На официальном сайте activision.com авторизуйся и там можно отсоединить от платформ. Можно только 1 раз в 12 месяцев. Больше никак. Если лень ждать можно запрос послать на удаление учетной записи Activision.
