I haven’t received my tickets after a transaction. What should I do?
Double-check if you’ve clicked the “Join” button. Make sure your orders were fulfilled during the allotted period and are eligible. If the orders are eligible but you still haven’t gotten your tickets, please contact our customer support. Our team will do their best to help you.
I trade via “Trades”. Are these sales eligible?
Yes, sales made via “Trades” are also eligible for the raffle. The ticket conversion rate is the same.
I trade in a different currency. Do my transactions still count?
Yes, both sales and purchases made in currencies other than RUB also count. You’ll receive the tickets according to FunPay’s internal exchange rate.
I was trading on FunPay but didn’t know about the raffle. Will I receive any tickets?
Yes, sales and purchases made between August 15th and September 15th are eligible for the raffle. Please click the “Join” button on the Lootery’s main page to receive your tickets.
Can I still participate if I’m not a Russian resident?
Yes. We’ll do our best to ship your prize, even if you live in West Robloxia.
I’ve won! How do I claim my prize?
Congrats! We’ll reach out to you via direct messages on FunPay and discuss the delivery details. You don’t have to contact anyone yourself.
My order was cancelled. Do I keep the tickets for it?
No, tickets earned from a canceled order are automatically revoked and won’t be eligible for the raffle.
